Pesto Dijon Mustard Sauce

Yield: approximately 2 cups
Time: 5 Minutes


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mizuna, packed

  • 2 cups spinach, packed

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • 2 tablespoons @mailleus original Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup whole walnuts 

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste


RECIPE

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Mix into pappardelle, pour on top of roasted carrots and dress into lentil gem lettuce salad.
