Simple Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, pistachios)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chopped nuts.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
