INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole cauliflower, florets

  • 2 tbsp @mailleus Dijon original

  • 2 tsp turmeric, ground

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup tzatziki

  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped finely

  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped finely

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tsp chili oil

  • 1/4 cup pea sprouts

RECIPE

Pre-heat your oven to 400 F.

Break your whole cauliflower in large florets. Add florets to a baking tray.

In a small bowl, whisk your @mailleus Dijon original, turmeric, olive oil and lemon juice to create your sauce.

Pour your sauce on your cauliflower florets, spread and mix well for them to be all coated evenly.

Cook your cauliflower in the oven for 25 minutes or in the air frier for 15 minutes.

Once florets have crispy brown edges and are cooked through, take them out of the oven.

To plate, add tzatziki on a plate and the florets. Top with pea sprouts, green onions and pomegranate.

Enjoy!

Bon appétit!
